Our grapes are hand picked from select Swan Valley vines to reduce the risk of bruising or damage that can occur during harvesting.
This intense, full-bodied red has burnt caramel overtones and flavours reminiscent of plum and ripe cherries with a hint of toffee. It exhibits subtle oak character after 12 months in French oak barrels.
The wine would benefit from bottle maturation for an additional 3 to 5 years to allow further development of its fruity tones and robust character.
