Our grapes are hand picked from select Swan Valley vines to reduce the risk of bruising and damage that can occur during harvesting. The grapes are then crushed and yeast is added to prevent spoilage.
The wine demonstrates subtle oak character after 12 months in French oak barrels, along with flavours reminiscent of ripe cherries and toffee.
The wine would benefit from bottle maturation for an additional 3 to 5 years to allow further development of its fruity tones and robust character.
